To add and view a shared calendar in MS Outlook.
1. Open Outlook and click on Calendars section to view and manage your calendars.
2. In Outlook for Microsoft 365*, select the Home tab, click the three dots menu and then select Add > Open Shared calendar or select From Address Book.
* Note: In older versions of Outlook, select Open Calendar –> Open Shared calendar (in the 'Home' tab)
